From a Hobby to Business
Cal's Jerky began in 2014, when Callum started making beef jerky for family and mates. What started as a hobby soon became a passion, with years spent perfecting recipes and creating bold flavours. In 2026, we invested in our commercial food trailer and became an accredited food business, turning a long-time dream into reality. Today, every bag is still made using the same passion that started it all.

Our Jerky
Handcrafted for Maximum Flavour
We use 100% premium Australian Topside Beef, sourced from our local butcher in Bundaberg. Every piece is passed through our commercial tenderiser, allowing the marinade to penetrate deeper while creating a tender, easy pull-apart texture. After marinating for a minimum of 48 hours, each piece is coated in one of our signature seasoning blends before being air-dried, creating bold flavour in every bite.

Together, they handcraft every batch of jerky from start to finish, with a passion for quality and attention to detail.
